Our products and/or services include a number of core functions, which contain those functions necessary for online shopping and functions necessary for protecting the security of transactions. 1. Functions Necessary for Online Shopping
1.1 User Registration
Firstly, you need to register a YoPoint account to become a YoPoint user. When you register, you need to provide us at least the mobile number you intend to use. We will verify the validity of your identity by sending SMS verification code. Your account name is your default nickname. You can modify and supplement your nickname, gender, date of birth and other relevant information, which belongs to your "account information". Your additional account information will help us to provide you with personalized product recommendations and a better shopping experience, but if you do not provide these supplementary information, it will not affect the basic functions for your online shopping.
1.2 Product Information Display and Search
During your use of our service, in order to identify the abnormal account status, understand the product adaptability, and provide you with page display and search results that better meet for your needs, we may automatically collect your usage and store it as web log information, including but not limited to:
Device information: We will receive and record relevant information about the device you are using (including but not limited to device model, operating system version, device settings, device environment, mobile application list and other software and hardware feature information) according to your specific operation in software installation and/or use, device location related information (including but not limited to your authorized GPS location and WLAN access points, Bluetooth and base stations, and other sensor information).
Service logs information: When you use our website or the products or services provided by the clients, we will automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save it as service logs, including but not limited to browsing, click to view, search query, favorites, add to shopping cart, transaction, after-sales, follow and share information, publish information, as well as IP address, browser type, telecommunications operator, language used, access date and time.
Please note that individual device information and service logs information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we use such non-personal information in combination with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information during the period of combined used. Unless authorized by you or otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such information. 1.3 Place An Order
When you are ready to check out the product in your shopping cart, the YoPoint system will generate an order for you to purchase the products. You need to fill at least the consignee's name, delivery address and mobile phone number in the order. At the same time, the order number, the information of the products or services you intend to purchase, the amount you should pay and the payment method will be stated in the order. You can additionally fill in the consignee's fixed-line telephone number and email address to add more contact information to ensure that the products can be delivered accurately, but do not filling in this information will not affect the generation of your order.
All of the above information constitutes your "order information". We will use your order information to conduct your identity verification, confirm transaction, payment and settlement, check orders for you; we also use your order information to determine if there is an exception in your transaction to protect your transaction security.
1.4 Payment Function
After your order is placed, you can choose an affiliate of YoPoint or the third-party payment service provider that YoPoint cooperate with (including but not limited to WeChat Pay and UnionPay, NetsUnion, hereinafter collectively referred to as "payment institutions"). The payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your YoPoint order number and transaction amount information with these payment institutions to enable them to confirm your payment instructions and complete the payment. "Affiliate" means any company, institution or legal representative of the aforementioned company or institution that a party currently or in the future controls, is under control of, or is under common control with. "Control" means the ability, directly or indirectly, to influence the management of the company mentioned, whether through ownership, voting shares, contracts or other means determined by the people's court.
2. Functions Necessary for Protecting the Security of Transactions
In order to enhance the security of your system when you use our products and/or services, to prevent phishing website fraud more accurately and to protect account security, we may judge your account risk by understanding your browsing information, order information, your commonly-used software information, device information and other means, and may record some links ("URL") that we believe are at risk; we will also collect your device information to analyze the YoPoint system, conduct traffic statistics and investigate possible risks, and troubleshoot when you choose to send us abnormal information.
(II) Collection of personal information based on your selection.
1. In order to provide you with more convenient, higher quality, personalized products and/or services, and strive to enhance your experience, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional services provided to you. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your basic services such as browsing, searching, and purchasing with YoPoint, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience that these additional services bring to you. These additional services include:
1.1 Personalized location-based recommendations service: We will access and obtain your location information after you turn on the location permission. We will provide you with page display, products and/or services that better meet your needs according to your location information, such as recommending nearby shops/stores and offers information to you.
1.2 Additional services based on camera / phone camera: You can use this function to scan the code for reload, receive offers information, take photos for displaying product pictures, user shop/store logo and other functions after turning on the camera permission. Please be noted that even if you have agreed to turn on the camera permission, we will only obtain the photo information through the camera when you actively click the camera icon in the client.
1.3 Additional services based on photo uploading from album: You can use this function to upload your photos / pictures after turn on the album permission, so as to realize the functions of changing avatar, displaying product pictures, and etc. We may identify the avatar and other services you need to display through the photos / pictures you uploaded.
1.4 Additional services related to microphone based voice technology: You can use the microphone to achieve voice input function after you turn on the microphone permission. Please be aware that even if you have agreed to turn on the microphone permission, we will only obtain voice information through the microphone when you actively click the microphone icon in the client for voice recording or video recording.
1.5 Additional services based on address book information: We will collect your address book information after you turn on the address book permission so that you can more easily access the contact information in your address book when sharing with your friends, without manual input. In addition, in order to enhance your social interaction and sharing joys during the use of our products and/or services, to share the application experience with people you know, with your consent, we may also collect and encrypt the names and phone numbers of your contacts to help you determine whether your contacts in the address book are also our members and then establish contact for your communication at YoPoint.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to turn on the access permissions of your location information (geographic location), phone camera (camera), photo album (picture gallery), microphone (voice), and address book access in your device, so as to realize the collection and use of the information involved in these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions one by one in the "Setting-Apps-Permissions" on your device, and you can turn them on or off at any time at your discretion. Please note that when you open any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to provide corresponding services for you. Once you close any permission, you cancel the authorization, and we will not continue to collect and use relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor will we be able to provide corresponding services for you. However, your decision to close the permissions will not affect the collection and use of information based on your previous authorization.
2. The above extended functions may require that you allow us to access to your geographic location (location information), camera (phone camera), photo album (picture gallery), microphone, and address book in your device, so as to realize the collection and use of the information involved in these permissions. You can check the status of the above permissions one by one in the "Setting-Apps-Permissions" on your device, and you can turn them on or off at any time at your discretion (we will guide you to complete the settings in your device system). Please note that by opening these permissions, you authorize us to collect and use these personal information to realize the abovementioned functions, by closing these permissions, you cancel the authorizations and we will not continue to collect and use your personal information, nor will we be able to provide you with the above functions corresponding to these authorizations. Your decision to close the permissions will not affect the processing of the personal information based on your previous authorization.

The personal data and anonymous information you provide to us shall be kept only until the purpose of collection has been achieved, unless it must continue to be retained as required by applicable laws and regulations.

We will implement appropriate physical, electronic, management and technical measures to protect and safeguard the safety of your personal information. We will do our best to ensure that any personal data collected through YoPoint is free from any nuisance from any irrelevant third-parties. The security measures we take include but are not limited to:
Physical Measure: Physical documents containing your personal information will be properly stored in a locked place.
Electronic Measure: Computer data containing your personal information will be stored on computer systems and storage media that are subject to strict login access restrictions.
Management Measure: Only employees authorized by us can have access to your personal information, and our employees need to abide by our internal rules on the confidentiality of personal information.
Technical Measure: Your personal information may be transmitted adopting encryption techniques such as Secure Socket Layer Encryption.
Other measures: Our server is protected by “firewall”.

Notwithstanding the above technical and security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmission on the Internet, therefore, we cannot absolutely guarantee that the personal information you provide to us through YoPoint is safe at all times. We shall not be responsible for any event arising from unauthorized access to your personal information and any loss or damage arising therefrom.
Juveniles
If parents or legal guardians believe that a juvenile has provided personal information to us without consent from their parents or guardians, please feel free to contact our customer service to make sure that such information is removed from our system and our promotional list.
Personal data deletion
You need to send an email to helper@netelis.com to request to delete your personal data, and all your personal data will be deleted from our system within 30 working days after verification.
